Operator Briefing

The idea

Help organisations identify the right product before asking them to enquire.

Evidence

Arc Navan lists four routes: corporate hire by quotation; bulk cinema tickets at €8 with a minimum order of 50, 12-month validity and online or in-cinema redemption; group bookings from €7.50 per person for at least 25 guests; and staff rewards, for which no price is shown. Bulk tickets cover standard screenings and may incur a 3D surcharge. Food and drink can be added to packages.

Operator takeaway

The product page distinguishes a private event from vouchers used individually and a group attending together. That distinction makes it easier to compare suitability, quantities and booking requirements.

Try this

Create a short comparison of the organisation’s existing offers. For each, state intended use, minimum quantity, price basis, validity, included formats and enquiry or redemption route. Treat staff rewards as a use case unless the benefits and terms make it a genuinely distinct product. Give the enquiry form a product selector.

Measure

Track qualified enquiries and quote conversion by route, booked dates, gross contribution after event costs, and subsequent organisational bookings. For bulk tickets, measure redemption over the validity period; cash received is not the same as earned profit.

Watch out for

No sales, redemption, margin or retention evidence is published. “From €7.50” is not a guaranteed price for every group. Do not imply catering is included, all formats qualify, or staff rewards have a separately verified rate.

Operator and timing

Resources

A clear offer owner, agreed terms, a quote process and reporting that distinguishes each product.
